Typical laboratory workflow involves homogenizing tissue or lysing cells under non-denaturing conditions, clarifying the supernatant by centrifugation, and loading the prepared extract onto the coated plate with the supplied standards. After incubation with the detection antibody and chromogenic substrate, absorbance is read on a conventional microplate reader, and MMP26 concentration is interpolated from the standard curve.
