Human Matrix metalloproteinase-23 (MMP23A) ELISA Kit

Recovery has been validated at an average of 99% (range 93-105%) in serum and 101% (range 95-107%) in plasma, with linearity assessed across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma. The assay produces a signal that is read using a microplate reader set to 450 nm.
