Human Matrix metalloproteinase-17 (MMP17) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative detection of human Matrix metalloproteinase-17 (MMP17) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids, supporting research into extracellular matrix remodeling, cell migration and tissue repair (S1). The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is reactive with human samples (C0, S1).

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.21ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 3.7% and an inter-assay CV of 7.9% (S1). Linearity has been evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across dilution factors of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16, with recovery averaging 98% in serum and 100% in plasma (S1). The kit is specific for natural and recombinant human MMP17 and is intended for research use only (S1).
