Human Matrix Metalloproteinase 16 (MMP16) ELISA Kit

Quantitative determination of Membrane-Type 3 Matrix Metalloproteinase (MT3-MMP), the protein product of the MMP16 gene, is supported by this 96-assay ELISA from Assay Genie. MT3-MMP is a membrane-anchored zinc endopeptidase that cleaves components of the pericellular extracellular matrix and activates proMMP-2, linking it to tumor cell invasion, angiogenesis, and connective tissue turnover.
