Human MARVELD2 ELISA Kit (HUFI03493)

Built around a quantitative immunoassay platform, this Assay Genie kit provides researchers with a reliable tool for measuring endogenous levels of human MARVELD2 protein, also known as tricellulin, in experimental samples. Tricellulin is a tight-junction component concentrated at the tricellular contacts of epithelial cell sheets, where it contributes to paracellular barrier integrity, and biallelic variants in the MARVELD2 gene are a recognized cause of autosomal recessive non-syndromic hearing loss (DFNB49). The platform is therefore useful in auditory neuroscience, otopathology, and epithelial barrier studies where tight-junction protein quantification matters.
