MAPK7, also referred to as ERK5, is a member of the MAP kinase family that participates in cellular responses to growth factors, oxidative stress, and mechanical stimuli. The Assay Genie Human MAPK7 ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of MAPK7 in human research samples, supporting investigation of this less commonly profiled kinase in studies of endothelial mechanotransduction, neuronal differentiation, and oncogenic signaling. This research use only kit uses an absorbance-based readout and is supplied with reagents and microplate components sufficient for 96 individual assays per kit. Researchers examining MAPK7 expression dynamics, ERK5 phosphorylation events, or pathway crosstalk with the conventional ERK1/2 cascade can use this kit to profile MAPK7 levels in human samples.
