The MAPK12 target (also called p38-gamma, SAPK3, or ERK6) is a stress-activated serine/threonine kinase belonging to the p38 MAPK family. This Assay Genie ELISA enables quantification of MAPK12 protein in human samples, supporting studies of inflammatory signaling cascades, cardiac stress responses, and cytokine-driven cellular events. The microplate-based format is supplied as a complete kit with pre-coated wells, lyophilized standards, detection antibody, and substrate solution. All components should be stored at 4 degrees C and protected from light, with the exception of the standard which is reconstituted before use.
