Human MAPK ELISA Kit

The MAPK ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a sandwich ELISA, double antibody assay designed for the quantitative detection of MAPK in human samples. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Detection is colorimetric, with a stated sensitivity of 0.938 ng/mL and a working range of 1.563-100 ng/mL.

The protocol begins with reagent equilibration to room temperature, followed by primary incubation of standards and samples at 37°C for 90 minutes. A biotin-labeled detection antibody is added and incubated at 37°C for 60 minutes, then HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) binds for 30 minutes at 37°C. TMB substrate is used for colour development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance is read at 450 nm after stop solution is added.

Linearity was established in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8. Recovery testing (n=5) produced average values of 94% for serum (range 86-102%), 89% for EDTA plasma (range 85-91%), and 98% for heparin plasma (range 85-105%). The kit should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
