MAP2K6 (Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase Kinase 6, also called MKK6) is a dual-specificity protein kinase that activates p38 MAPK downstream of stress and inflammatory signals. The Assay Genie ELISA Kit is configured as a two-site antibody-based immunoassay on a 96-assay microplate and is used to quantify endogenous MAP2K6 levels in human research samples.

The kit contains a pre-coated microplate, detection antibody, calibrated recombinant protein standards, wash and dilution buffers, substrate, and stop solution. It is intended for research use in studies of the p38 MAPK cascade, including inflammation signaling, cytokine-driven responses, cellular stress pathways, and disease models where MAP2K6 expression is being characterized.

Reactivity is limited to human samples, supporting work in clinical research and biomarker discovery. Reconstituted reagents should be stored refrigerated until use, and the kit components should be protected from light to preserve activity. Each plate provides enough wells to run full standard curves in duplicate alongside unknown samples.
