Human Mannose Receptor C Type 2 (MRC2) ELISA Kit

The mannose receptor C type 2 (MRC2) transmembrane glycoprotein, also known as uPARAP or Endo180, mediates collagen internalization on macrophages and mesenchymal fibroblasts. This Assay Genie reagent enables quantitative analysis of MRC2 in research samples and is configured for batch processing of up to 96 determinations on a standard microplate format. Because MRC2 contributes to extracellular matrix remodeling, osteogenesis, and tumor stromal biology, it is used as a biomarker in studies of fibrotic disease, bone metabolism, and cancer microenvironments. The kit is intended for research use only and is suitable for tissue homogenate preparations and other human-derived sample matrices. Reagents should be stored refrigerated at 4 degrees C and protected from light prior to use.
