Human Mannose Phosphate Isomerase (MPI) ELISA Kit

Mannose phosphate isomerase (also called mannose-6-phosphate isomerase) is the cytosolic enzyme that catalyzes the interconversion of mannose-6-phosphate and fructose-6-phosphate, feeding the GDP-mannose pool used for N-linked glycan assembly.
