Human MANF (Mesencephalic Astrocyte Derived Neurotrophic Factor) ELISA Kit (HUES01703)

The Assay Genie MANF ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay for the quantitative measurement of Mesencephalic Astrocyte Derived Neurotrophic Factor in serum, plasma, and other biological fluids. This colorimetric assay uses a 96-well microplate format and is read at 450 nm, providing reproducible absorbance data for studies of ER stress, neurodegeneration, and tissue protection pathways. MANF, also known as ARMET, is an endoplasmic reticulum-resident protein with neurotrophic activity relevant to Parkinson's disease, stroke, and diabetes research. Each kit provides sufficient reagents for 96 individual determinations, with a standard curve included for accurate quantification. Store reagents refrigerated at 2-8°C and protect from light; allow all components to reach room temperature before use. Recommended sample volume is 100 µL per well.
