Human Malate Dehydrogenase 2 (MDH2) ELISA Kit

This MDH2 immunoassay kit from Assay Genie supports quantitative measurement of human mitochondrial malate dehydrogenase (MDH2) using a microplate-based protocol. MDH2 is a key enzyme localized to the mitochondrial matrix, where it catalyzes the reversible NAD+/NADH-dependent interconversion of malate and oxaloacetate within the tricarboxylic acid (TCA) cycle.
