The Human Major Histocompatibility Complex Class I G (MHCG) ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of MHC class I G, also known as HLA-G, in human research samples. HLA-G is a non-classical MHC class I molecule with restricted tissue distribution, expressed most prominently on extravillous trophoblasts at the maternal-fetal interface, where it supports localized immune tolerance during gestation. Researchers in reproductive immunology, obstetrics, transplantation science, and immuno-oncology use circulating MHC-G levels as a biomarker for pregnancy complications, allograft acceptance, and tumor immune-evasion studies.

This complete immunoassay kit contains a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-streptavidin conjugate, calibrated standard, chromogenic substrate, and wash buffer for 96 determinations. All components are stored refrigerated at 4 degrees C until first use and should be protected from light.
