Human Major centromere autoantigen B (CENPB) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of human Major centromere autoantigen B (CENPB), also known as Centromere protein B, in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. CENPB is a centromere autoantigen involved in the regulation of chromosome segregation during cell division, and its dysregulation has been associated with autoimmune diseases and cancer.

Performance characteristics quoted from the manufacturer include a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.062 ng/mL. The assay is specific for natural and recombinant human Major centromere autoantigen B, and is intended for research use only.
