Human MAGUK p55 subfamily member 6 (MPP6) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative detection of human MAGUK p55 subfamily member 6 (MPP6), also known as Veli-associated MAGUK 1, VAM-1, or VAM1. MPP6 is a member of the membrane-associated guanylate kinase (MAGUK) protein family involved in cell-cell adhesion, cell junction formation, cell polarity, and intracellular signaling. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is intended for use with human samples.

According to the manufacturer, the detection range is 12.5-800 pg/mL with a sensitivity of 8 pg/mL. Intra CV is 3.9% and inter CV is 8.3%. The kit has been validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids, and shows specificity toward natural and recombinant human MAGUK p55 subfamily member 6 (UniProt: Q9NZW5). Serum linearity ranges from 98-109% at 1:2 dilution to 80-91% at 1:16 dilution. Recovery data is provided for serum (average 99%, range 93-105) and plasma (average 101%, range 95-107). The kit is recommended for cancer research applications.
