Human MAGEC3 ELISA Kit (HUFI03529)

MAGEC3 (Melanoma-Associated Antigen C3) is a cancer-testis antigen encoded on chromosome Xq26. Its expression is normally confined to testicular germ cells but is frequently reactivated in hepatocellular carcinoma, lung cancer, and other solid tumors, making the protein a focus of tumor biomarker research.

The Assay Genie MAGEC3 immunoassay enables quantitative detection of human MAGEC3 protein through absorbance readings on a standard plate reader, with reagents supplied for 96 individual reactions in a microplate format. Each kit contains pre-coated wells, capture antibody, biotinylated detection reagent, calibrated standards, and chromogenic substrate for visible-wavelength quantification.
