Human Macrophage Scavenger Receptor 1 (MSR1) ELISA Kit

The MSR1 gene encodes the class A macrophage scavenger receptor, also known as CD204, a trimeric transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on macrophages that mediates uptake of modified low-density lipoproteins and contributes to foam cell formation in atherosclerotic plaques. This Assay Genie kit enables human-specific quantitative detection and supports research into cardiovascular disease, host-pathogen interaction, and tumor microenvironment studies.

Each microplate run uses 100 µL of sample per well and accommodates up to 40 samples in duplicate alongside a standard curve. Pre-coated capture antibody and streptavidin-HRP reagents are supplied with the buffer concentrates and substrate needed to complete the assay. For optimal reagent integrity, store unopened components at 4 °C and protect from light until first use.
