Human Macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) ELISA Kit

MIF is described as a pro-inflammatory cytokine involved in the innate immune response to bacterial pathogens, expressed at sites of inflammation where it regulates macrophage function in host defense and counteracts the anti-inflammatory activity of glucocorticoids.
