Human Macrophage metalloelastase (MMP12) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the precise measurement of Human Macrophage metalloelastase (MMP12) levels in human biological samples. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is reactive with human samples including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

Performance specifications include a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.039 ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is reported at 4.7% and inter-assay CV at 7.3%. The kit is specific for natural and recombinant human Macrophage metalloelastase. Recovery in serum ranges from 85–97% and in plasma from 87–99%.
