Human Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 1 Alpha (MIP1a) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's quantitative immunoassay kit enables precise measurement of human macrophage inflammatory protein 1 alpha (CCL3), a pro-inflammatory CC chemokine that drives monocyte, T-lymphocyte, and neutrophil recruitment during acute inflammation, sepsis, viral infection, bone resorption, and tumor progression. Supplied as a complete microplate-based ELISA with all required reagents and a recombinant human CCL3 standard curve, the kit supports medium-throughput studies in cytokine biology, immunology, and biomarker discovery.

The assay uses matched capture and detection antibodies specific for human CCL3. Following substrate addition, absorbance proportional to analyte concentration is measured on a standard plate reader and interpolated against the included standard curve. The well plate ships with pre-coated wells, lyophilized recombinant standards, detection antibody, substrate solution, stop reagent, wash buffer, and assay diluent.
