Human LZTS2 ELISA Kit (HUFI03539)

LZTS2 (Leucine Zipper Tumor Suppressor 2) is a putative tumor suppressor that modulates the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and has been investigated in prostate, breast, and lung cancer research. This quantitative immunoassay enables researchers to measure endogenous LZTS2 protein concentrations in human biofluid samples, supporting studies of cell proliferation, cytoskeletal regulation, and oncogenic signaling. The kit contains a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, recombinant protein standards, wash buffer, and substrate solution sufficient for 96 determinations; 100 µL of sample is loaded per well during the assay. Reagents should be refrigerated upon arrival and aliquoted to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and the procedure follows a standard incubation and wash workflow readable on a conventional microplate reader.
