Human LZIC ELISA Kit (HUFI03548)

The Human LZIC ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of Leucine Zipper and CTNNBIP1 Domain Containing (LZIC) protein. LZIC is a component of the beta-catenin destruction complex and modulates canonical Wnt signaling, supporting research in oncology, developmental biology, and signal transduction pathways.

The procedure uses a pre-coated microplate with capture antibody specific for human LZIC, paired with a biotinylated detection antibody. After streptavidin-HRP binding and TMB substrate development, absorbance is recorded to quantify target protein. A 100 uL sample volume is loaded per well, and the assay demonstrates human-specific recognition with no significant cross-reactivity reported against rat or mouse orthologs.

All components are supplied in single-use vials: pre-coated plate, lyophilized recombinant standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, TMB substrate, stop solution, and wash buffer concentrate.
