Human Lysyl Oxidase (LOX) ELISA Kit

Quantitative measurement of human lysyl oxidase supports studies of extracellular matrix remodeling, fibrotic disease, tumor microenvironment biology, and cardiovascular pathophysiology. Assay Genie supplies this 96-assay immunoassay in a microplate format with detection range 0.781 to 50 ng/mL and a lower limit of detection of 0.33 ng/mL, resolving subtle changes in secreted LOX across experimental conditions. The kit targets Protein-Lysine 6-Oxidase (UniProt P28300), the copper-dependent amine oxidase responsible for covalent crosslinking of collagen and elastin precursors, and is calibrated against natural and recombinant human protein. Each run uses 100 µL of sample per well, and the workflow is compatible with a panel of human-derived specimens including plasma samples, serum samples, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatants generated through in vitro cell-based experiments or in vivo tissue studies.
