Human Lysyl oxidase homolog 2 (LOXL2) ELISA Kit

LOXL2 is a copper-dependent amine oxidase that plays a critical role in extracellular matrix remodeling and the cross-linking of collagen and elastin precursors, and its dysregulation has been linked to fibrosis, cancer, and cardiovascular disorders in the research literature.

The kit is intended for use with human samples including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids, and is specific for natural and recombinant human LOXL2. Manufacturer-reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 78-5000 pg/mL, a sensitivity of 9.4 pg/mL, an intra-assay CV of 4.9% and an inter-assay CV of 7.5%.
