Human Lysozyme ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables the in vitro quantitative determination of Human LZMg (lysozyme G) concentrations in serum, plasma, and other biological fluids. Detection is colorimetric and the kit is reactive with human samples. The reported sensitivity is 0.75 ng/ml and the assay range is 1.25-80 ng/ml.

Spiked recovery was assessed across matrices. Serum (n=5) showed a recovery range of 89-94% with an average of 91%. EDTA plasma (n=5) ranged from 90-105% with an average of 96%. UFH plasma (n=5) ranged from 86-99% with an average of 94%. Linearity was evaluated at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions; reported ranges were 89-99%, 86-94%, and 92-102% for serum, 82-95%, 87-99%, and 82-100% for EDTA plasma, and 87-97%, 81-100%, and 80-98% for UFH plasma. Intra-Assay CV is less than 8% and Inter-Assay CV is less than 10%.
