Human Lysosome-associated membrane glycoprotein 2 (LAMP2) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for the precise quantification of human Lysosome-associated membrane glycoprotein 2 (LAMP2). It is intended for research use only and is reactive with human samples, validated for the detection of natural and recombinant human LAMP2 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids. The target is a single-pass type I membrane glycoprotein that shuttles between lysosomes, endosomes, autophagosomes, and the plasma membrane.

Across the kit's stated performance characteristics, the assay reports a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.1 ng/mL. Precision is given as an intra-assay CV of 5.4% and an inter-assay CV of 10.2%. Dilution linearity was assessed at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 (N=5) in serum (96–120%), EDTA plasma (89–117%), and heparin plasma (82–108%).
