Human Lysophosphatidic acid receptor 4 (LPAR4) ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie as a Sandwich ELISA, this kit enables quantitative detection of human Lysophosphatidic acid receptor 4 (LPAR4) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is specific for natural and recombinant human LPAR4, supporting research into LPAR4's roles in cell migration, proliferation and survival signalling. LPAR4 is a G-protein coupled receptor for lysophosphatidic acid, located in the cell membrane as a multi-pass membrane protein (UniProt Q99677), whose dysregulation has been linked to cancer, fibrosis and neurological disorders.

Validated performance includes a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.12ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 5.6% and inter-assay CV is 9.4%. Recovery has been demonstrated in serum (average 97%, range 91-103%) and plasma (average 99%, range 93-105%).
