Human Lysophosphatidic acid receptor 1 (LPAR1) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of human lysophosphatidic acid receptor 1 (LPAR1), also known by the synonyms EDG2, LPA1, LPA receptor 1, and Lysophosphatidic acid receptor Edg-2. The kit recognizes natural and recombinant human LPAR1 and is validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids, with reactivity confirmed for human samples.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.12ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 4.3%, and an inter-assay CV of 8.0%. Recovery in serum averaged 102% (range 96-108%) and in plasma averaged 104% (range 98-110%). LPAR1 is a G-protein coupled receptor central to cellular signaling pathways governing cell migration, proliferation, and survival, with dysregulation implicated in cancer, inflammatory disorders, and neurological conditions.
