Human LYRM7 ELISA Kit (HUFI07701)

LYRM7 (LYR Motif Containing 7), also referred to as MZM1L, contributes to the maturation of mitochondrial iron–sulfur clusters and to the assembly of NADH-ubiquinone oxidoreductase, the first enzyme of the respiratory chain. This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie detects the human LYRM7 protein and is intended for laboratories studying mitochondrial complex I deficiency, neurodegeneration, and oxidative phosphorylation biology. The kit is provided as a complete 96 Assays package with a microplate and all reagents required to run the full workflow.
