Human Lympotactin PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0852)

Lymphotactin, also called XCL1, is the sole member of the C chemokine family. It is secreted mainly by activated CD8+ T lymphocytes and NK cells, and guides lymphocyte chemotaxis during immune surveillance, inflammation, and tumour microenvironments.

This Assay Genie kit quantitatively measures human lymphotactin in a matched-antibody-pair ELISA configuration. The kit includes a pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standards, biotinylated detection antibody, and streptavidin-HRP conjugate. Acceptable specimens include cell-culture supernatant, donor plasma, and venous serum, all requiring standard collection and storage handling.

Store unopened components refrigerated and protected from light. Reconstituted standards and diluted samples should be aliquoted and frozen below -20 degrees C if not used within the assay session; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Researchers applying this kit to in vitro studies of T-cell migration, NK cell biology, transplant immunology, or chemokine signalling obtain quantitative readouts in approximately 3 to 4 hours of bench time.
