Human Lymphocyte Function Associated Antigen 3 (LFA3) ELISA Kit

LFA-3 (also known as CD58) is a 45-70 kDa cell-surface glycoprotein that mediates adhesion between antigen-presenting cells and T lymphocytes through its interaction with CD2, supporting immune synapse formation and T-cell activation. This Assay Genie kit is intended for research use only and quantitatively measures soluble LFA-3 in human serum, in plasma, and in cell lysates. The assay supports studies in immunology, autoimmunity, transplantation biology, and viral pathogenesis, including research on Epstein-Barr virus entry where LFA-3 serves as a critical receptor on B cells. Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, and buffer reagents sufficient for 96 individual determinations, with a recommended sample volume of 50 uL per well. Standard curve is generated using serial dilution of the included recombinant LFA-3 reference antigen.
