Human LY75/Lymphocyte Antigen 75 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of human Lymphocyte Antigen 75 (LY75), this sandwich ELISA uses a double-antibody configuration and reacts with human samples. Compatible matrices include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid sample types. The assay delivers a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL across a working range of 31.25–2000 pg/mL and is read at 450 nm following a TMB-based colorimetric step. Reagents are stable for 12 months when stored at 2–8°C.

LY75 — also known as CD205, DEC-205, gp200-MR6, and C-type lectin domain family 13 member B (UniProt O60449) — is a cell surface receptor that participates in antigen uptake and presentation to T cells, supporting immune regulation. Dysregulation of LY75 has been implicated in autoimmune disease, inflammatory disorders, and cancer, making it a focus for biomarker and therapeutic-target research.

Linearity and recovery performance have been validated for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma.
