Human Lupus La protein (SSB) ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed to measure human Lupus La protein (SSB) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, using a colorimetric detection method. The kit specifically recognises natural and recombinant human Lupus La protein, with a detection range of 0.156-10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.089 ng/mL.

Reported precision figures include an intra-assay CV of 6.2% and an inter-assay CV of 8.6%. Linearity has been demonstrated across dilution series from 1:2 to 1:16 for serum (94-120%), EDTA plasma (89-114%) and heparin plasma (88-117%). Mean recovery is 85% (range 80-91%) for serum and 87% (range 81-93%) for plasma. The kit is supplied for research use only and is intended for use in research areas such as epigenetics.
