Human LTK/Leukocyte Receptor Tyrosine Kinase ELISA Kit

The assay uses a biotin-labelled detection antibody with HRP-Streptavidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm using a colorimetric method.

It has been validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL across a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Reported linearity across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma falls between approximately 80–117%, and recovery averages 91–100% across the same matrices.

The six-step workflow covers reagent and plate preparation, primary incubation at 37 °C for 90 minutes, detection antibody binding (60 minutes at 37 °C), HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) binding (30 minutes at 37 °C), TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and stop reaction with absorbance reading. Components are intended to be stored at 2–8 °C for 12 months.
