Human LSM10 ELISA Kit (HUFI03569)

This Assay Genie immunoassay quantitatively measures LSM10, a Sm-like protein that assembles into the Lsm2-8 heptameric ring bound to U6 small nuclear RNA and supports spliceosome function during pre-mRNA processing. Investigators in RNA biology, histone mRNA 3' end formation, and U6 snRNP maturation research apply the kit to probe altered LSM10 levels associated with autoimmune disease and select cancers. The kit ships with a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, lyophilized recombinant standards, wash buffer concentrate, TMB substrate, and stop reagent.
