Human LRRTM4 ELISA Kit (HUFI03577)

The LRRTM4 target (Leucine-Rich Repeat Transmembrane Neuronal 4) is a postsynaptic type I transmembrane protein expressed in central nervous system neurons. It functions as an organizer of excitatory glutamatergic synapses, contributing to synaptic differentiation and maintenance, and is investigated in studies of neurodevelopment, synaptic plasticity, and neurological disease.

Each Assay Genie microplate provides 96 wells pre-coated with monoclonal capture antibody specific for human LRRTM4. The protocol uses 100 uL of serum or plasma per well, run alongside a multi-point standard curve generated from the included reference standards. Detection is human-specific with no significant cross-reactivity observed against related LRRTM family members or with rodent orthologues under standard conditions.

Unopened kit components remain stable when stored refrigerated; reconstituted standards and working detection antibody should be aliquoted and held frozen to limit freeze-thaw cycles. Bring all reagents to room temperature prior to dispensing, and protect the TMB substrate from light to preserve activity.
