Human LRRC47 ELISA Kit (HUFI03574)

The Human LRRC47 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of Leucine-Rich Repeat Containing 47 (LRRC47), a conserved nucleolar and cytoplasmic protein increasingly studied in ribosome biogenesis, stress granule assembly, and translational control. LRRC47 carries multiple leucine-rich repeat motifs and has been linked to cellular responses to oxidative stress, ER stress, and viral infection, supporting research in innate immunity, protein quality control, and ribosomopathy models. The kit is configured for human-specific detection using a matched antibody pair, and is supplied as a complete microplate-based immunoassay in a sealed box containing pre-coated wells, lyophilized recombinant standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, substrate, and stop solution. Each kit includes a strip plate, allowing unused strips to be stored refrigerated in the original foil pouch with desiccant. Reconstituted standards should be aliquoted and kept frozen to limit repeated freeze-thaw cycles, preserving activity across multiple experiments. The standard workflow takes approximately 2.5 hours from sample loading to absorbance read-out on a standard microplate reader.
