Assay Genie's LRPAP1 ELISA Kit quantitatively detects the low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein-associated protein 1, a 39 kDa chaperone known as RAP that mediates folding and trafficking of LDL receptor family members. Researchers investigating lipoprotein metabolism, atherosclerosis, neurodegenerative disease pathways, and kidney function use this in vitro assay to quantify circulating LRPAP1 levels. The kit is supplied in a microplate format supporting 96 determinations and is intended for research use only.
