The Lymphoid-Restricted Membrane Protein (LRMP) is an endoplasmic reticulum-resident protein expressed primarily in B-lineage cells, where it participates in shaping the pre-B-cell receptor checkpoint and in mature B-cell signaling. Quantitative measurement of LRMP supports research into germinal-center B-cell biology, lymphoma classification, and immune receptor repertoire studies. This Assay Genie kit is configured as a 96 Assays ELISA format, providing a plate-based assay workflow intended for research use only. The plate and reagents ship on cold packs and should be stored refrigerated at 4°C prior to first use, with working dilutions prepared on wet ice.
