Human LRG1 ELISA Kit

A double-antibody Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of human Leucine-rich-alpha-2-glycoprotein 1 (LRG1). The kit uses a colorimetric detection method and is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. LRG1 is associated with inflammation and immune response, and elevated levels have been linked to inflammatory diseases, cancer, and cardiovascular disorders, making it a useful biomarker in cell biology research.

Key performance figures quoted by the manufacturer include a sensitivity of 4.688 ng/mL and a standard curve range of 7.813–500 ng/mL. Linearity across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions was reported between 81% and 105% for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma. Average recovery values were 96% for serum, 90% for EDTA plasma, and 93% for heparin plasma. The kit is supplied with components intended for storage at 2–8°C, where it remains stable for 12 months.
