Human LPP ELISA Kit (HUFI03596)

The LPP target (Lipoma-Preferred Partner) is a ~66 kDa focal adhesion phosphoprotein of the zyxin family that localizes to cell-matrix adhesion sites and contributes to cytoskeletal remodeling, cell spreading, and motility signaling. Because LPP is implicated in lipoma pathogenesis and leukemia-associated translocations, quantitative measurement of circulating LPP supports studies in oncology, biomarker discovery, and cytoskeletal regulation.

This Assay Genie reagent set uses a human-specific capture antibody pre-coated onto the plate to selectively bind LPP from test samples. The package includes calibrated reference standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, substrate, and stop solution. Researchers commonly run quantitative in vitro assays with appropriate dilution series; the kit is intended for research use only and is not validated for diagnostic procedures.
