Human Low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 5 (LRP5) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative detection of human Low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 5 (LRP5) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is reactive with human samples, making it suitable for research into lipid metabolism, bone formation, and related conditions where LRP5 dysregulation has been implicated.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.312-20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.19 ng/mL. Intra-assay precision is 4.8% CV, with inter-assay precision of 7.6% CV. The kit specifically recognises natural and recombinant human LRP5 and is supplied for research use only.

Linearity in serum ranges from 101-110% at a 1:2 dilution, 106-116% at 1:4, 107-117% at 1:8 and 92-101% at 1:16 (N=5). EDTA plasma shows 111-120%, 105-114%, 103-115% and 102-112% across the same dilutions, while heparin plasma yields 106-116%, 84-84%, 106-116% and 106-116%. Average recovery is 101% (range 95-107%) in serum and 103% (range 97-109%) in plasma.
