Investigators apply the assay to study sphingolipid metabolism, tumor metastasis suppression, and signaling pathways relevant to prostate, hepatocellular, and breast cancer research. Each kit provides a precoated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, calibrated standards, wash buffer, and substrate solution sufficient for 96 individual sample determinations.
