Human LOH12CR1 ELISA Kit (HUFI07710)

The LOH12CR1 (Loss of Heterozygosity 12, Chromosomal Region 1) protein is encoded on chromosome 12p13.3 and has been investigated in loss-of-heterozygosity studies linked to lung adenocarcinoma and other solid tumor research. This Assay Genie sandwich ELISA is configured to quantify human LOH12CR1 in serum and plasma using a colorimetric readout, supplied as a 96 Assays plate format intended for in vitro research use only.

Each kit contains the reagents required to run a full microplate of human LOH12CR1 quantitation, including pre-coated wells, detection antibody, standards, and substrate.
