LMTK3, also known as Lemur Tyrosine Kinase 3 or serine/threonine-protein kinase LMTK3 (Uniprot Q96Q04), is implicated in cellular processes including growth, survival, and proliferation, with dysregulation linked to cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, making it a candidate biomarker for research. Linearity ranges across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions were 80–98% for serum, 81–105% for EDTA plasma, and 81–103% for heparin plasma, with mean recoveries of 94% (serum), 99% (EDTA plasma), and 92% (heparin plasma).
