Human LITAF ELISA Kit (HUFI07712)

This ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of LPS-induced TNF-alpha factor (LITAF) in human specimens, supporting research into inflammatory cytokine regulation and immune signaling pathways. LITAF, also known as SIMPLE, is a small integral membrane protein of the lysosome/late endosome that modulates macrophage responses to bacterial lipopolysaccharide and has been genetically linked to Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease type 1C. The kit is therefore valuable for studies of peripheral neuropathy, neuroinflammation, lysosomal storage biology, and cellular stress responses.
