Human LisH domain-containing protein FOPNL (FOPNL) ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of human LisH domain-containing protein FOPNL in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids, using colorimetric detection.

The assay delivers a detection range of 0.312-20ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.174ng/mL, with an intra-assay CV of 7.0% and inter-assay CV of 8.3%. Linearity has been validated in serum (85-116% across dilutions 1:2 to 1:16), EDTA plasma (100-122%) and heparin plasma (84-112%). Recovery averages 87% (range 81-93%) in serum and 89% (range 83-95%) in plasma. Specificity is demonstrated for natural and recombinant human FOPNL (UniProt Q96NB1).

The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 21.9 kDa (194aa) and is involved in the biogenesis of cilia, as well as the recruitment of PLK1 to centrosomes and S phase progression.
