Human Lipase H (LIPH) ELISA Kit

Quantify endogenous human Lipase H with this research-use-only immunoassay from Assay Genie, formatted as a kit of 96 assays on a pre-coated strip-well microplate. The kit targets LIPH (UniProt Q8WWY8), also annotated as LPDLR, MPAPLA1, PLA1B, mPA-PLA1, phospholipase A1 member B, and membrane-associated phosphatidic acid-selective phospholipase A1-alpha, with sensitivity 0.68 ng/mL across a detection range of 1.56 to 100 ng/mL. The assay uses biotin-streptavidin signal amplification with TMB substrate for absorbance readout proportional to LIPH concentration in loaded wells.
