Human Linker for activation of T-cells family member 1 (LAT) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides this Sandwich ELISA Kit for the quantitative measurement of human Linker for activation of T-cells family member 1 (LAT) in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. The kit is intended for research use only and supports investigations of T-cell signalling, where LAT serves as a transmembrane adaptor phosphorylated downstream of the T-cell antigen receptor.

According to the manufacturer, the assay has a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL, a sensitivity of 40.2pg/mL, an intra-assay CV of 5.8%, and an inter-assay CV of 8.6%. Recovery averaged 103% (range 97-109%) in serum and 105% (range 99-111%) in plasma. Linearity has been evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16.

The kit is reactive with human samples, with stated specificity for natural and recombinant human LAT (UniProt: O43561). Additional accepted sample types include tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids.
